Job Title: Quality and Food Safety Technician


Pay: $20-21/hr


Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)

As a Quality and Food Safety Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity, safety, and presentation of our products. Working closely with the quality assurance team, you’ll ensure all standards are met and that production processes adhere to strict safety protocols.


What You’ll Do


As a Quality and Food Safety Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and programming critical control points (CCP) to ensure product safety
• Performing sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and facilities
• Accurately recording and filing all relevant documentation and logs
• Ensuring recipes and product specifications are followed during manufacturing
• Educating employees on food safety practices and SQF standards
• Conducting plant safety audits to identify hazards and areas for improvement

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of HACCP, GMPs, and SOPs
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Teamwork skills and responsiveness
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to perform heavy work up to 50 pounds occasionally
• High School Diploma or GED; additional education or experience in related fields a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in food processing or manufacturing environment

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Cypress and offers an early morning shift from Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed.
