Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives
- Assist with design, collection of data, analytics and implementation for reporting key metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze improvement activities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials, resources, playbooks, etc.
- Play a key role in the TI&SC training inventory platform/tool to house all learning content
- Assisting with the planning and execution of training events and bottler events
- Analyze consumer, customer and training data to develop knowledge and insights
- Partner with QSE Programs & Governance teams to track training & proficiency implementation
