Preferred Qualifications

Required Qualifications
Professional degree required or equivalent years of experience.
A minimum of 6 years industry experience with a minimum of 3 years in related quality fields.
Applicable quality certification (or ability to obtain)
A deep understanding of QMS fundamentals.
ASQ CMQ/OE (American Society for Quality Certified Quality Manager/Organizational Excellence) or equivalent certification or the ability to obtain certification within one year of assignment
Proven skills in the areas of staff communication and engagement.
Strong verbal and written communication with investigative interview experience.
Strong familiarity with full suite of MS Office; PowerBI, SharePoint, and collaborative comment/review applications.
