Job Title

Experienced leader with proven work managing quality and safety programs (manufacturing environment preferably).

Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture, align initiatives with organizational goals, and influence decision-making at the executive level.

Hands-on and approachable leader who is present within the facility and comfortable engaging directly with production teams.

Strong problem solver with expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and preventive measures.

Customer-focused professional capable of handling quality concerns, audits, investigations, and difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.

Effective communicator who can build credibility and trust with employees, management, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.

Leader and mentor who develops accountability, ownership, and engagement throughout the organization.

Drives a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and operational performance.

Results-oriented leader who uses data and metrics to identify trends, prioritize actions, and achieve measurable improvements.

The successful applicant will be an experienced people manager with a background in manufacturing, experience managing safety initiatives, and experience with packaging and/or corrugated environments. A bachelor's degree is preferred, as well as experience with ISO 9001. Sponsorship is not provided.
