Job Title: Quality and Sanitation Specialist
Location: 7300 South Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60629
Duration: 5 Months (07/13/2026 to 12/15/2026)
Education / Certifications:
Associate s Degree or bachelor s degree in food science, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Job specific requirements:
3 5 years of experience in quality, food safety, or manufacturing roles.
Experience executing quality holds, investigations, and documentation.
Willingness to work assigned production shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements (e.G., QCMS, HACCP, FSSC) preferred.
Work schedule:
Second Shift: M-F 3pm to 11pm
Third Shift: M-F 11pm to 7am
WE B Shift: S-S- M 7pm to 7am F: Alternates every week Fridays 6am-10am/11am-3pm
