Join Our Team
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role is responsible for quality assurance activities, documentation, process improvement, and SHE (Safety Health and Environment) activities at a specific site.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Documenting quality assurance activities, including inspections and audits.
Create audit reports and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with Off Site Quality Specialist to address any issues.
Collaborate with off Site Safety Manager to address any issues.
Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Track and document quality-related processes.
Document and follow-up on Safety related issues.
Participate in corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Assist in creating training materials and operating manuals.
Support training initiatives related to quality procedures.
Ensure companywide compliance with quality protocols.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement and share ideas with the quality team.
Maintain consistency in handling sensitive data.
Contribute to a culture of quality awareness.
