We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Associate to support quality documentation and data management activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for reviewing, organizing, entering, and maintaining quality records and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain quality-related data and records in company databases and systems.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Organize, scan, file, index, and archive quality documents.
• Upload and maintain supplier and material documentation.
• Verify information and ensure consistency between records and databases.
• Assist with document revisions, updates, and record retention activities.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments to obtain and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support audits and quality initiatives by ensuring records are organized and readily accessible.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and company quality standards.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in data entry and documentation control.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate"s or Bachelor"s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry, document control, quality assurance, or administrative support is preferred.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience maintaining databases and electronic records.
• Familiarity with quality systems and document management processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Work Environment

The role is based in an office environment within the quality department of a large manufacturer supplying the biopharma industry.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Camarillo, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
