Key Responsibilities
- Translate functional, technical, business, and policy requirements into test cases and scenarios.
- Develop and execute functional and technical test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, usability, and boundary testing.
- Maintain requirements-to-test-case traceability and assist with traceability matrices.
- Participate in defect triage, retesting, and resolution.
- Document test results, defects, QA status, and related reports.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, healthcare, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- 2+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios.
- 2+ years of manual testing techniques: functional, regression, smoke, usability, and boundary testing.
- 3+ years of strong healthcare operations and business process knowledge, preferably Medicaid.
- 2+ years working with large enterprise or e-business systems.
- 3+ years using QA/test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar.
- 3+ years working within SDLC/Waterfall and Agile delivery environments.
- Technical and/or Project Management certifications are desirable.
