Job Description
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in quality assurance engineering and software testing.
- Proficiency in QA database management systems and analytical testing applications.
- Experience with developing and executing comprehensive test plans and functional scripts.
- Experience in auditing performance, reliability, and service quality metrics.
- Experience with statistical data analysis and production defect remediation.
- Experience in drafting quality assurance policies and industry regulatory compliance procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor automated test scripts to evaluate system functionality and performance.
- Design and execute strategic test plans to ensure all technical objectives are achieved.
- Analyze statistical data to identify trends and optimize quality assurance standards.
- Investigate complex product issues and customer complaints to drive technical remedies.
- Recommend and monitor corrective actions to maintain ongoing industry regulatory compliance.
- Author formal quality assurance procedures and operational policies for the production process.
- Verify that technical outputs align with end-user expectations during the testing lifecycle.
