Job Description
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in technical quality assurance and automated testing.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and JSON for automating integration and user interface tests.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and professional software troubleshooting.
- Experience with IBM DB2 UDB and verifying relational database integrity.
- Experience in testing custom-built applications and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products.
- Experience in system, regression, and load testing within an IT Service Management framework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement automated testing structures for integration and user interface validation.
- Develop comprehensive test plans by converting functional requirements into technical test cases.
- Analyze system architecture and technical documentation to identify interoperability flaws and defects.
- Collaborate with software engineers to enforce quality coding standards and unit testing protocols.
- Execute end-to-end testing practices for both in-house developed and COTS software solutions.
- Monitor and report software bugs, deployment issues, and configuration errors to stakeholders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and develop technical strategies for quality improvement.
