Job Description
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in technical quality assurance, test planning, and manual application testing.
- Proficiency in IBM C ram software testing and health-service application evaluation.
- Experience with translating complex business requirements and policy documentation into structured test cases.
- Experience in healthcare operations, public medical assistance software, and payer business processes.
- Experience with the Atlassian project management tool suite including Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in testing web-user interfaces, executing automated test scripts, and working in Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Initiate functional, negative, and usability testing programs to isolate and resolve system defects.
- Formulate detailed software test plans, quality assurance processes, and automated verification scripts.
- Conduct rigorous regression testing and user interface evaluations for enterprise public welfare databases.
- Log system flaws, identify data gaps, and document structured bug reports in the defect tracking database.
- Lead quality assessment runs to expose application vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and security flaws.
- Collaborate with database administrators, developers, and product owners to optimize application loading speeds.
- Publish comprehensive QA status reports outlining open software issues and test-phase progress to leadership.
