Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary (List Format):

- Develops and implements quality assurance standards and best practices for IT services.
- Reviews and interprets business, design, and functional requirements.
- Designs and executes performance test plans, strategies, scenarios, and scripts.
- Conducts various types of performance testing (load, stress, scalability, breakpoint).
- Sets up and utilizes performance monitoring tools; analyzes testing results.
- Identifies performance bottlenecks and ensures applications meet performance benchmarks.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Coordinates all testing activities and ensures timely completion of QA deliverables.
- Ensures all software applications meet defined performance and quality criteria.
- Utilizes strong manual testing skills, experience with DevOps tools, and understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Applies basic SQL querying skills and leverages experience with performance testing tools and frameworks.
- Communicates effectively and documents QA processes thoroughly.
