Quality Assurance Associate – SRA/RGA Returns

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR    
 
The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing SRA inventory and RGA customer returns. This position ensures returned products are properly evaluated, identified, documented, and routed based on condition and company guidelines. The role requires strong attention to detail, accurate counting, and the ability to follow established procedures. The post holder should have experience with good communication skills and an aptitude for attention to detail.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect SRA inventory and RGA customer returns
  • Verify product condition, quantities, serial numbers, part numbers, and documentation
  • Identify and separate returns based on condition (restock, rebox, damaged, etc.)
  • Perform visual inspections to identify defects, damages, missing components, packaging issues, or discrepancies
  • Accurately count and record inventory
  • Enter inspection results and update records using Microsoft Excel and company systems
  • Apply labels and ensure returned products are properly identified
  • Assist with organizing, staging, and maintaining return inventory areas
  • Communicate quality issues or discrepancies to management
  • Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Ability to work independently
  • Support additional warehouse activities as needed
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Conduct inspections when requested by the warehouse manager
  • Support warehouse operations when requested by the manager
  • Assist with and perform other duties when requested by the warehouse manager
  • Report any quality, safety issues to the warehouse manager in a timely manager
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or quality issues
  • Ability to accurately count inventory, verify quantities, and perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform moderate physical activity throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or quality-related experience
  • Experience with inventory management or warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Familiarity with quality inspections, audits, or process documentation
  • Basic data entry and reporting experience using Excel
  • Experience performing inventory counts, cycle counts, or quantity verification
