Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in functional and automated testing, Playwright-based framework development, CI/CD integration, accessibility testing, and GenAI-enabled test acceleration and a proven ability to design, execute, and scale high-quality test solutions that improve coverage and delivery speed.

Engagement & Interview Logistics:

  • Start month: August or September.
  • Interview process: Two rounds. First virtual. Second in-person.
  • Glider ID verification required.
  • Resume bucket supports two roles. Max three submissions per vendor.

Candidate Submission Notes:

  • Include current location and relocation plan.
  • State availability and potential cooling-off requirements.

Team & Work Environment:

  • Project focus: UI and content management systems.
  • Teams: Sprint teams and Regression teams.
  • Key contacts: QA Lead, Feature Lead, App Manager, QA Manager.
  • Client interaction: No direct client interaction. May interface with line of business for requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, PI and sprint planning.
  • Design, author, and execute manual and automated test cases.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Playwright-based automation frameworks.
  • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and logging/observability tools.
  • Apply GenAI within IDEs to generate test suites, optimize coverage, and accelerate delivery.
  • Conduct accessibility (ADA) testing and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with leads and managers to triage defects and report quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Primary Skill: Functional/Manual Testing with strong analytical capability.
  • 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with demonstrable expertise in testing and automation.
  • Playwright automation expertise, including framework build and enhancement.
  • Proficiency with IDEs such as Visual Studio Code or similar.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and related workflows.
  • Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk.
  • Accessibility testing knowledge, including ADA standards and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • GenAI experience using IDE-integrated agents to create test suites, enhance frameworks, and integrate with CI/CD.
  • Experience validating AI-generated test artifacts and integrating AI within automation frameworks for coverage and speed.
