Role: Quality Assurance Consultant- LabVantage Data

Location: Remote

Summary:

Support a global LabVantage LIMS implementation by ensuring accurate migration, verification, and approval of laboratory data from legacy systems. This role focuses on GMP-compliant data review, discrepancy resolution, and documentation to ensure data readiness for system go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform source-to-target data comparison and discrepancy logging for migrated laboratory data
• Review and approve data migration packets in compliance with GMP and site SOPs
• Maintain data review trackers and escalate unresolved discrepancies
• Collaborate with QA, QC, IT, and document control teams to ensure data integrity
• Support stability reconciliation, user role mapping, and document control workflows
• Approved data comparison and migration documentation
• Discrepancy logs and exception reports
• GMP-compliant data review and approval records

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in GMP Quality Assurance or regulated data review
• Data Verirication in a LIMS enviornment
• Clinical background for understanding data
• Hands-on experience with data migration, verification, and discrepancy resolution
• Strong knowledge of document control and inspection-ready practices
• Experience with enterprise quality systems (e.g., OneQMS, ALM, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting LabVantage
• Familiarity with stability data reconciliation and sample management
• Experience in multi-site or global pharmaceutical environments
