Description: We are looking for a quality control technician with one of our food manufacturers! Location: Bloomingdale, IL Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00am -3:30pm Pay: $23/HR Q/A Technician Responsible for ensuring product quality and food safety throughout the production process. Monitor compliance with GMP/GHP standards by inspecting ingredients, recipes, mixers, dough weight, proofing, baking, cooling, freezing, and packaging processes. Verify product specifications, dimensions, coding, labeling, and metal detector functionality. Collect retention samples, record temperatures, identify quality concerns, place products on hold when necessary, and communicate issues to production supervisors. Assist production and packaging teams to maintain quality standards and ensure customer specifications are met.
