    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our small, close-knit quality team. This role partners with production teams to identify defects, manage non-conforming product, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inspect Products: Perform visual and dimensional inspections on finished parts and raw materials
    • Maintain Records: Accurately document inspection results in existing reporting software
    • Collaborate: Work with quality and manufacturing personnel to identify root causes and resolve defects
