Quality Assurance Coordinator (Split Schedule) Dearborn

Nesco Resource is currently seeking Quality Assurance Coordinators for an Automotive Finishing Facility in Dearborn, MI.

These areimmediate-start, contract-to-hire positions at a company that offers many growth opportunities.
Pay:19.40/hr. Rate includes 7.5% shift premium

Shift Available:

• C Crew: Fridays/Saturdays 4:00 am-2:45 pm AND Sundays/Mondays 2:45 pm - 12:45 am
• Shifts can extend up to 12 hours!

The position of Quality Assurance Coordinator is to verify the quality process to ensure a world-class quality product is being installed on customer vehicles. Responsible for ensuring compliance with work instructions, travelers and other documentation as required. Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment while maintaining compliance with all environmental, health & safety policies and procedures, current attendance program and disciplinary action program.

Job tasks include but are not limited to:

• Complete QA check-sheets, first off, and critical vehicle inspection points
• Inspect incoming and finished products of completed vehicles
• Utilize RF scanner and computers to log items into database
• Conduct audits to ensure all work in process is properly tagged in accordance with procedures and instructions
• Tag any non-conforming product and separated from the production area

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License required
• 3+ years of Automotive Manufacturing preferably in a quality role
• Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent is preferred
