Quality Assurance Coordinator

North Star is seeking to fill the position of Quality Assurance Coordinator. In this position, you will monitor and oversee North Star's quality assurance program, apprenticeship program, and staff training program. This position will ensure compliance with governing bodies and regulatory entities, such as Iowa Administrative Code, & CARF. . This individual will also create, provide, and monitor completion of training to employees at North Star. Additionally, this position will have responsibility for oversight of the North Star Apprentice Program.
