JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Engineer
LOCATION:Grand Prairie, TX
PAY RATE: $87.88/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
- Support PrSM Program production and transition to production initiatives at Sites and Suppliers
- Lead strategic initiatives to resolve recurring quality issues
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions for lean continuous improvement
- Interface with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams on quality issue
Requirements:
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, FAR, DFAR, JSTD
- Experience interpreting drawings and specifications to develop quality test and inspection methods and translate into work instructions
- Experience in disposition of non-conforming products and failure review boards with causal analysis tools
- Advanced experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
- Experience developing inspection plans and performing First Article Inspections to AS9102
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to identify and document supplier quality deficiencies and ensure effective corrective actions
