The Amazon Agentic Workspaces Team for End User Computing is looking for a talented and passionate Quality Assurance Engineer Test (QAE II) to help us test and grow our portfolio of products and technologies, and change the way people use interactive graphics applications in the Cloud!

We are developing state of the art, low-latency display protocols and clients. Our products provide to end users a secure and efficient way to get access to the graphical interface of a remote desktop or application that resides in the cloud or in a data center using different types of client devices and over varying network conditions.

AWS services like Amazon Workspaces Personal and Workspaces Applications as well as many customers around the world, including Netflix, Volkswagen and LG Electronics, leverage our technology to remotely interact with applications, running on EC2 or in their data center, using a range of end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, Chromebooks or thin-clients.

You will be part of a distributed team with members both in the US and Italy. This position is for candidates who would like to join our team in Seattle.

Key job responsibilities

As a high-performing member of our quality engineering team, you will ensure the quality of code and final product that we deliver to our customers. You"ll be surrounded by people who are incredibly passionate about AWS Technology and our product. As an experienced QAE , the Key job responsibility will be:

  1. Own software quality in feature deliveries including requirement analysis, creating test strategy, writing test plans, designing test cases, orchestrating test execution and reporting

  2. Leverage AI-powered testing tools and frameworks to accelerate test creation, improve defect detection, and enhance test coverage through intelligent automation

  3. Work closely with multiple development, product, and QA teams to assure test coverage

  4. Implement solutions to augment or replace manual tasks and increase efficiency in QA processes

  5. Define roadmap for automating manual test cases and drive automation of regression testing
