Quality Assurance Engineer

" Respond to quality concerns associated with supplied parts and materials on the manufacturing production floor and ensure accurate defect documentation
" Perform technical evaluations including product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings and procedures.
" Collaborate with supplier quality program representatives to analyze and disposition nonconformances on supplied parts and materials.
" Leverage Tableau dashboards and predictive analytics to monitor production metrics and identify trends for actionable next steps.
" Support on-site supplier activities to facilitate efficient defect resolution.

Basic Qualifications
" Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, preferably in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
" Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills
" Tableau and other data visualization platforms for quality tracking.
" Working knowledge of inspection techniques, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and prints, familiarity with GD&T.
" Familiarity with machining and manufacturing practices.
" Experience with electrical assembly commodities such as CCAs, cabling assemblies, and box-level components, and industry standards such as IPC-A-610/J-STD-001, IPC-A-620 and other aerospace
