Quality Assurance Engineer 
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of professional video and audio (Pro AV) systems.

This is a hands-on role working closely with Engineering and Production teams to test, validate, and improve products before release and shipment.
What You’ll Do
  • Own all aspects of quality assurance and quality control
  • Test, measure, and validate video/audio products to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Perform failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions
  • Work with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and analyzers
  • Support verification, validation, and qualification testing
  • Help drive continuous improvement and process enhancements
  • Create and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and reports
  • Collaborate with Engineering on product and process improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of QA/QC experience in video/audio hardware or systems
  • Strong understanding of video/audio systems and signal processing
  • Experience with lab testing equipment and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
