Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer IV to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role is ideal for a QA professional with strong experience in both manual and automated testing, API validation, and automation framework development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Perform comprehensive API testing and validation.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java and/or Python.
• Execute automated test scripts across both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
• Test web, desktop, and database-driven applications.
• Translate user requirements and system specifications into effective test scenarios and scripts.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document defects while working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement across QA processes, including test planning, execution, reporting, and metrics collection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and successful project delivery.
• Support testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with both manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with API testing.
• Experience using Selenium for test automation.
• Development experience with automation frameworks using Java and/or Python.
• Experience testing web, desktop, and database applications.
• Experience working in both cloud and on-premises testing environments.
• Knowledge of software, hardware, networking concepts, and their impact on business processes.
• Familiarity with testing tools, database concepts, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
