•Quality System Operation and Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system. •Product Inspection and Standard Formulation: Formulate detailed and compliant product acceptance criteria by reviewing design specifications, and establish perfect inspection standards and processes for raw materials, semi finished products and finished products. •Quality Problem Analysis and Handling: Take the lead in analyzing various quality abnormalities and defects in the production process. Assist production/quality departments in test yield improvement. •New Project Quality Control: Participate in the quality risk assessment of new product, new process, new equipment and new material introduction, and formulate corresponding quality control plans and inspection standards. •Customer Complaint Handling, Cooperate with the sales department to handle customer quality complaints, conduct in depth analysis of returned products, coordinate relevant departments to formulate improvement plans and track the implementation effect.
