Description

Debbie’s Staffing is now recruiting for a Quality Assurance Inspector in Greensboro, NC!
Schedule: 2nd: 3pm-11pm (Must be flexible to work overtime including weekends)
Pay: $ 17.00 per hour. Weekly Pay! Must have resume!!
Job Summary:
 The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring manufactured cigarette filter products meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This role supports production by conducting inspections, documenting results, and identifying quality issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior quality experience in manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Key responsibilities:
  • Perform routine in-process and final inspections of cigarette filter products
  • Ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and compliance requirements
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records
  • Identify defects, non-conformances, and trends; escalate issues as needed
  • Communicating quality concerns clearly with production and leadership teams
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety regulations, and company policies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and process control
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Position Qualifications:
  • Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience working in regulated or high-volume production settings is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work assigned shift (2nd or 3rd shift)
  • Must have steel toe shoes
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive inspections throughout the shift
