Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? We're looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team on 2nd shift! If you have experience in plastic injection molding and take pride in ensuring products meet the highest standards, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Perform quality inspections and first-piece evaluations to ensure products meet specifications.
• Work closely with machine operators, providing guidance and support on quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor materials, packaging, and production processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Identify quality issues, assist with problem-solving, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused production environment.

What You'll Bring:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience in plastic injection molding (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality concerns.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
