Requirements

• 3+ years of quality experience in a lab (preferably in food manufacturing)
• Computer skills
• Eye for accuracy and care in every step
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 25 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and a crew-first attitude

Job Duties

• Test, check, and verify every part for specs and standards
• Work with leads to keep production running smoothly
• Keep inspection records and tools ready to go
• Operate filling machines and guide the cooking process
• Make sure everything that ships out meets the mark

What You Will Do

As a Quality Assurance Lab Technician you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications. You will use precision measuring equipment, document inspection results, identify nonconforming materials, support corrective actions, and help maintain quality records while promoting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

The Quality Assurance Lab Technician plays an important role in manufacturing by helping ensure products meet customer expectations and engineering specifications before shipment. This position requires careful observation, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills.

Successful Quality Assurance Lab Technician candidates understand inspection techniques, blueprint interpretation, quality documentation, and manufacturing standards while supporting safe and efficient production operations. Attention to detail contributes directly to product reliability.
