Quality Assurance Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in food manufacturing or dairy operations. This role is responsible for supporting and advancing quality assurance programs, food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate brings extensive knowledge of microbiology, food science, HACCP, and SQF standards, along with the analytical and leadership skills necessary to maintain high standards of product quality and food safety.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or dairy environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific field
• Strong understanding of microbiology and food science
• Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP and SQF or equivalent food safety/quality systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience implementing and administering Quality Assurance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ability to support quality standards, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing operation

Preferred Qualifications

• HACCP certification
• PCQI certification
• SQF certification
• Previous continuous improvement experience
• Previous project management experience
