Quality Assurance Manager

Emerging Power; Manufacturer of proprietary design & assembly of batteries, as well as chargers.

Quality Manager;

-ITAR- US Citizen required, with superior communication skills.

-Manage quality programs, accreditations, activities; ISO9001 & AS9100,

-Knowledge of materials, finishes, heat treatment and machining manufacture principles helpful.

-Draft manuals, procedures, annual planning of goals, performance reports, CAR activity.

-Perform audit activity, product & incoming inspections, FAI AS9102 reports generation. (PSW, PPAP)

-Interface with Customers; QA/ engineering/ inspection staff, as well as dept. managers (prod./ eng.)

-Operate varied inspection/ testing equipment. Train staff on work/ quality procedures.

-Computer experience & proficiency needed, SAP system, Word, Power-point, statistics.

-Participate in Eng. change & review meetings, as well as MRB Review.

-Manage/perform calibration activities.

-Wage commensurate with experience.

Inspector;

-ITAR- US Citizen required, with superior communication skills.

-Perform inspections of production as well as incoming parts supply.

-Experience with testing and inspection instruments needed.

-Ability to use computers, record & maintain test data records accurately required.

-Wage commensurate with experience.

QA manager- Must have 2-5 years experience required

Shift M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm with OT when needed

Pay Rate $ 32.00/hr but also willing to negotiate if we have someone really experienced
