This role serves as the final authority on Batch Production Record (BPR) approvals, ensuring all required steps, verifications, and documentation are completed accurately before production progresses or products are released.

4. Packaging & Release Authorization

  • Review and approve Packaging & Label Inspection Reports prior to production release
  • Ensure all packaging components and labeling meet compliance standards
  • Prevent packaging or final production without QA sign-off

    • Develop and refine SOPs related to BPR processes
    • Build and support training materials
  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in audits, process improvements, and compliance initiatives
  • Perform monthly mock audits to ensure compliance readiness

6. Error Tracking & Continuous Improvement

    • Weekly reports will be sent to National Compliance and Regional Production Managers for review
