QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred, but not required for the right candidate).
  • Knowledge of basic food safety principles HACCP & GMP (HACCP Certified preferred) 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfort with basic computer systems for data entry and reporting.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in monitoring production lines for adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols.
  • Collect, label, and prepare product samples for laboratory testing.
  • Maintain accurate and organized quality records, logs, and reports.
  • Support the QA team in investigating and documenting non-conformances, and help implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in internal audits and preparation for third-party inspections.
  • Collaborate with production staff to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
