Salary Range: $90,000 – $135,000 AnnuallyExempt | No Supervisory ResponsibilitiesABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a driven and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Huntington Beach, CA. In this role, you will be a key player in upholding the quality of our products — from incoming components all the way through final assembly. You will work alongside Engineering and Production teams to solve problems, champion quality standards, and shape processes that keep our operations running at their best.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love getting to the root of a problem, and take pride in doing things right — we want to hear from you.WHAT YOU'LL DOPartner with Engineering and Production to deliver high-quality, reliable products on schedule and within budgetLead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations to resolve quality issues quickly and permanentlyPerform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure components and assemblies meet specificationsReview, update, and create assembly procedures, acceptance test procedures, SOPs, schematics, and technical drawingsDrive in-line QA processes and participate in product testing to continuously improve production flowCollaborate with internal fabrication and assembly teams as well as external vendors and suppliersAnalyze quality data to identify trends, nonconformities, and opportunities for improvementSupport the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of quality management systemsWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience4+ years of Quality Control experience, with 2+ years in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of electronics, mechanical systems, and production processesHands‑on experience with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and gaugesAbility to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawingsStrong data analysis and reporting skills; proficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross‑functional collaborationHighly organized, detail‑oriented, with strong time management skillsFamiliarity with process validation and change control proceduresWHAT SETS YOU APARTExperience in the aerospace or defense manufacturing sectorFamiliarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality management frameworksProven ability to write clear, concise SOPs and technical documentationTrack record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environmentWORK ENVIRONMENTThis is a full-time, on‑site position in a warehouse and production facility.
