Summary of Position

Our client is seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead and transform the quality control function within their plastics manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity focused on building proactive quality systems, improving plant culture, and driving accountability on the production floor.

Two positions are currently available:
• Charlotte, North Carolina
• Houston, Texas

• Lead and develop QC technicians across multiple shifts
• Establish and enforce QC protocols, documentation, and corrective action processes
• Monitor production for color accuracy, contamination prevention, and process compliance
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative quality measures
• Partner closely with Production leadership to improve operational and quality performance

• Strong QA/QC background within plastics manufacturing
• Masterbatch experience strongly preferred
• Experience with color matching and go/no-go quality decisions
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive cultural change
• Strong understanding of corrective actions, QC systems, and contamination prevention

• Full-time salaried position
• First shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
• Onsite role at manufacturing facility
