Lead Quality Function

Job Description
- Implement and maintain quality systems aligned with GMP, NSF, and BRC standards.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee document control processes and ensure accurate batch record review.
- Conduct internal audits and manage CAPA processes to address quality issues.
- Monitor supplier quality and ensure adherence to food safety and regulatory standards.
- Lead PCQI-related initiatives and ensure compliance with food safety programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Provide training to staff on quality systems and regulatory compliance.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience with GMP, NSF, and BRC standards in the dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceuticals industries.
- Knowledge of food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with PCQI, CAPA, and internal audit procedures.
- Proficiency in document control and batch record review.
- Ability to develop and maintain SOPs and quality systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
