Key Responsibilities:- Conducting routine and non-routine analysis, including but not limited to biochemical and chemical analysis, of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products according to established operating procedures.
- Compiling data for documentation of test procedures that may include stability program testing and formulation studies.
- Participating in the preparation of investigations, summaries, and reports.
- Reviewing data obtained for compliance with specifications and reporting abnormalities.
- Performing special projects on analytical and instrument problem solving.
- Developing testing and analysis methods and procedures in accordance with established guidelines.
- Perform routine and non-routine biochemical and chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products following established procedures.
- Record and compile detailed data, including stability testing and formulation studies, to support product quality.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory and analytical equipment to ensure the integrity of test results.
- Prepare investigative reports, summaries, and investigations for quality compliance and continuous improvement.
- Review data against specifications, identify abnormalities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and participate in special analytical and troubleshooting projects.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in laboratory analysis or quality assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of biochemical and chemical testing procedures.
- Proven ability to calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment.
- Excellent data analysis, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards and compliance documentation procedures.
- Experience working within regulated environments such as medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Familiarity with laboratory software and instrumentation troubleshooting.
- Previous exposure to investigation and root cause analysis processes.
