Quality Assurance Specialist Compensation:
Pay: $19.00/hr
Benefits: available after 90 days of employment
401(k): with company match available after 1 year of service
Quality Assurance Specialist Highlights:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM CT (Hybrid only Friday)
Contract: 52 weeks (potential for extension based on business needs)
Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities
Perform QA evaluations using MS Forms
Monitor and evaluate interactions for adherence to quality standards
Track/report results, communicate outcomes, and provide feedback/coaching
Maintain QA metrics, support documentation, and contribute to process improvements
Prepare and present quality reports to management/stakeholders
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Quality Assurance Specialist Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days
2+ years of experience in quality assurance or similar role (preferred/commonly requested)
Proficiency in Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook)
Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, and analytical skills
Quality Assurance Specialist Preferred Qualifications
QA/auditing/call or chat monitoring experience
Performance evaluation using scorecards
Experience with SAP, JDE, i5 (HighRadius a plus)
