Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple operational functions. This role is responsible for conducting quality reviews, identifying trends, and helping drive process improvements in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities Conduct quality reviews across multiple functional areas Perform objective, concise quality assessments and document findings Maintain quality performance standards (96%+ quality score, <5% challenge rate) Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement Update and maintain quality monitoring systems and reporting tools Support implementation of quality processes and controls Track and ensure completion of corrective actions Assist with administrative tasks and cross-functional support as needed Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications College degree preferred Experience in customer service, government services, healthcare, Medicaid, or similar environments preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to type at least 30 WPM Bilingual skills preferred Work Environment Office-based setting Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Occasional overtime, evenings, or weekends may be required Physical Requirements Primarily seated role with frequent computer use Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs) Numbers & Facts Location East Hartford, CT
