It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.\n \nJOB PURPOSE:\n \nThe Quality Assurance Specialist oversees internal order and customer audits and may be requested to review external audits for quality with the goal of reducing outstanding account receivables. This role can be inclusive of the following: reviews orders to ensure proper Medicare documentation is received, obtains proof of delivery for shipments, ensures backorder delays are resolved timely and addresses any branch billing issues for our Billing Department to accurately bill claims.\n \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n \n\u00a7 Medicare documentation review \u2013 work closely with the inside sales team, the medical supply account managers, and the CCRs to ensure proper payer guidelines are followed.\n \n\u00a7 Proof of delivery \u2013 ensure tracking is provided by the distributors and obtain delivery confirmation through carrier websites.\n \n\u00a7 Backorder delays \u2013 work closely with the distributors to ensure items are replaced in a timely manner and shipped to the customer.\n \n\u00a7 Branch billing issues \u2013 work billing reports and/or BrighTree WIP status to resolve order issues in which we cannot bill the claim to a payer.\n \n\u00a7 Maintain Quality Assurance records.\n \n\u00a7 Responsible for providing reports to leaders on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
