Quality Assurance Specialist / Quality Engineer [Automotive Industry Experience]
A well-established automotive manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to join its Quality Department. This position is responsible for maintaining quality standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with customer and industry requirements. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working with cross-functional teams, and driving quality excellence throughout the manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Support daily quality assurance and quality control activities within the manufacturing operation.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and PPAP requirements.
Investigate quality concerns, identify root causes, and assist with corrective and preventive actions.
Review manufacturing processes and recommend quality improvements.
Perform inspections, audits, and documentation to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Management to resolve quality issues.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications
Qualifications
5+ years of Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or related manufacturing experience.
Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and PPAP is required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
