We are in search of a dedicated and experienced QA Supervisor to enhance our dynamic and collaborative environment.
The QA Supervisor plays a pivotal role within the Watson-Marlow Quality team in ensuring the highest standard of quality. This position serves as the primary release authority for WMFTS Devensensuring all products and raw materials meet stringent quality compliance and customer requirements prior to release.
The role provides leadership to QA Technicians and QC Inspectors oversees manufacturing compliance with ISO 9001 and internal standards and acts as the key interface between QC and cross-functional teams.
The position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing quality standards, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and drive change in a complex matrixed environment.
Responsibilities:
- Authorize product release and enforce quality standards.
- Develop and manage the incoming material inspection process.
- Develop QC processes, inspection criteria, and controlled documentation.
- Lead and mentor QAQC teams, including training and resource planning.
- Maintain audit readiness and represent QC during internal and customer audits.
- Oversee manufacturing non-conformance investigations and drive CAPA effectiveness.
- Monitor cleanroom bioburden and particulate levels escalating deviations.
- Report on QC metrics, inspection performance, and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, logistics, and supply chain.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associate degree minimum.
- 2 years in quality assurance, preferably as a QA Supervisor or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in teams.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards.
- Understanding of quality assurance risk-based techniques and their impact on internal procedures, product fit, form, and function.
