The Quality Assurance Supervisor leads QA activities to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and internal standards, supervising QA Specialists and supporting regulatory inspections.

  • Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems across sites.
  • Oversee Change Control, Nonconformances, CAPAs, and product documentation.
  • Review quality metrics, trending reports, and ensure audit readiness.
  • Support inspections and implement process improvements.
  • Guide and mentor QA staff, perform performance evaluations, and facilitate communication.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry or related field, 5+ years in regulated manufacturing, and 3+ years in QA.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Preferred experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing and project management software skills.
  • Primarily office-based with periodic visits to warehouse and manufacturing environments; PPE required.
