Job Description
- high school diploma or its equivalent
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds, extended walking/standing (up to 14 hours a day), bending, squatting, and climbing ladders
- knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- knowledge of Safety Data Sheets ( SDS), Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- ability to demonstrate safe working habits
- ability to learn and perform all positions
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- understanding of highly complex industrial/manufacturing equipment
- ability to work well with others and be a team player
- ability to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- willingness to assist other team members in other areas
- ability to perform steady and productive work for an extended period of time
- ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision
- possess basic math skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- obvious enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work and
