Our goal is to produce products that are a gateway to healthy living.We offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, LifeWe value respect, positive work ethic, creativity, drive and kindness.Quality Assurance Tech Job Responsibilities:To oversee all sanitation aspects pertaining to Food Safety to include:Creating, training, updating, auditing and issuing all SSOP'sOverseeing and participating in all sanitation periods as they happenMonitoring the production schedule to prepare in advance for sanitationTraining on all chemicalsTraining on all sanitation equipmentTraining on chemical safetyMaintaining all sanitation related trainingsChecking chemical titrations and recording resultsMaintain all chemical approvals and supporting documents to include: Allergen Statement, SDS, Technical Data Sheet, Food-Grade and Non-Food Grade SheetMaintaining Proper Chemical Labeling and StorageMaintaining sufficient chemical inventory (weekly)Ensuring front of house is maintained in a cleanly matterEnsuring proper PPE is in-house, utilized and maintained in a sanitary mannerMaintaining all sanitation equipmentVerification swabbing for both ATP and AllergenMaintaining daily, weekly and monthly sanitation scheduleCommunicating all sanitation deficiencies to the QA ManagerConducting and implementing Environmental ComplianceTo oversee quality functions as they pertain to Food Safety Compliance to include:Verification of Production QA Checks when assignedCompletion and verification of Metal Detector checksAssisting in verification of all raw ingredient materials and lot numbers used in Pre-weigh and Blending roomsEnsuring all GMP's are being followed on a daily basisAssisting in monthly Food Safety inspectionsAssisting in implementation of our HACCP planChike & Next Level Family of Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer EEO AA M/F/Vet/Disability and a drug free workplace.
