This full-time position supports the QA Lab by performing raw material and finished product testing to ensure quality standards are met.
- Regularly tests incoming raw materials and finished products, reports changes, and inspects production areas.
- Trains new employees on quality procedures and maintains lab inventory and cleanliness.
- Collects samples, documents results, and assists with customer complaint testing.
- Maintains safety compliance and reports hazards.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, basic math and reading skills, and knowledge of concrete testing. Bilingual in Spanish and laboratory experience are pluses.
Physical demands involve standing, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working near machinery in a noisy, dusty environment.
Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, with full benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and profit sharing. Open availability and rotating Saturday schedule required.
