Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician / Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting Quality Control through inspections, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong inspection experience who takes pride in accuracy, precision, and delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and internal procedures
Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials
Conduct precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and thread gauges
Generate and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement efforts
Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Create and update inspection plans and controlled documents
Author Certificates of Conformance (CofC) for outgoing shipments
Maintain accurate quality records and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards
Qualifications
Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Inspection within a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Hands-on experience with precision measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills
Familiarity with AS9100 / AS9102 standards preferred
