Quality Technician 

Summary

Join Millennium Print Group as a Quality Technician!

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you'll perform inspections, audits, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

What You'll Do

  • Inspect products throughout production to ensure compliance with customer and company quality standards
  • Review job jackets and production documentation for specification accuracy
  • Identify and document defects, non-conforming products, and process deviations
  • Perform routine quality inspections, audits, and process validations
  • Utilize inspection tools and measuring devices to verify quality requirements
  • Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and audit documentation
  • Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Verify proper product identification and traceability throughout production
  • Partner with production teams to build quality into the manufacturing process
  • Follow all safety, quality, security, ISO, and operational procedures

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production environments 
  • Printing, packaging, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience working in ISO-regulated environments preferred

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
  • Ability to interpret specifications, work instructions, and production documentation
  • Basic mathematical proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
