RESPONSABILITIES
Completion of incoming inspection activities – part receipt, visual & mechanical inspection, documentation of non-conforming material, ERP updates, Non-Conforming Material database (Compliant Pro), disposition of non-conforming material
Completes First Article Inspection activities.
Completes Final Product Verification and Audit Release functions.
Participate in compliance third party audits, customer audits, process audits, internal audits.
REQUIREMENTS
AAS degree in a technical discipline with at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing environment, preferably in Quality Inspection.
Self-starter, able to work under minimal supervision.
Familiar with validation and calibration requirements within the medical device manufacturing environment.
Computer competency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, ERP systems EQMS (Compliant Pro), and Calibration databases.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Ability and demonstrated knowledge in the use of various measurement gages (i.e: CMM, Optical comparator, caliper, micrometer, height gage, Multimeter, Oscilloscope etc.)
Demonstrated writing and communication skills.
