At Didion Milling in Cambria, WI, our Quality Assurance Technicians keep products on-spec and consumers protected. If fast-paced environments energize you and you love getting it right the first time, you’ll fit right in.

Quick facts

  • Schedule: 6PM–6AM | 4 day on/4 days off
  • Location: Cambria, WI
  • Pay: $22–$26 per hour (DOE)
  • Night Premium: +$3.00/hour
  • Extra PTO: 40 hours annually

What you’ll tackle

  • Do routine quality checks and safety verifications across production
  • Enter and review data accurately in computer systems
  • Uphold sanitation and food-safety standards per SOPs and GMPs
  • Shift priorities seamlessly to keep operations moving
  • Partner with teammates to drive continuous improvement

Hands-on work: Physical testing and production quality checks—no chemistry or advanced lab experience required.

Must-haves

  • Consistent reliability and strong work ethic
  • High attention to detail; takes pride in quality
  • Comfort in regulated/food-safe settings
  • Basic computer literacy; quick learner on new tools
  • Thrives when multitasking with urgency
  • Team-oriented, growth-focused mindset

Background in lab testing, food production, or QA is a bonus. We’ll train the right person.

Pay and perks

  • Compensation: Base hourly + $3.00/hour night shift premium
  • Extra PTO: 40 additional hours each year for night shift
