At Didion Milling in Cambria, WI, our Quality Assurance Technicians keep products on-spec and consumers protected. If fast-paced environments energize you and you love getting it right the first time, you’ll fit right in.
Quick facts
- Schedule: 6PM–6AM | 4 day on/4 days off
- Location: Cambria, WI
- Pay: $22–$26 per hour (DOE)
- Night Premium: +$3.00/hour
- Extra PTO: 40 hours annually
What you’ll tackle
- Do routine quality checks and safety verifications across production
- Enter and review data accurately in computer systems
- Uphold sanitation and food-safety standards per SOPs and GMPs
- Shift priorities seamlessly to keep operations moving
- Partner with teammates to drive continuous improvement
Hands-on work: Physical testing and production quality checks—no chemistry or advanced lab experience required.
Must-haves
- Consistent reliability and strong work ethic
- High attention to detail; takes pride in quality
- Comfort in regulated/food-safe settings
- Basic computer literacy; quick learner on new tools
- Thrives when multitasking with urgency
- Team-oriented, growth-focused mindset
Background in lab testing, food production, or QA is a bonus. We’ll train the right person.
Pay and perks
- Compensation: Base hourly + $3.00/hour night shift premium
- Extra PTO: 40 additional hours each year for night shift
