POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform inspection of Cleanroom garments at each Cleanroom table.Perform inspection of finished totes in Packout.Perform inspections of new accounts.Test clean garments of particles and fibers as per ASTM F51-00.Evaluate the electrical resistance of ESD Cleanroom garments.Review and verify gamma lots.Review production logs.Inspect and release incoming chemicals.Test Cleanroom for viable non-viable particles.Perform water testing of the market centers city and DI water.Verify validation of washer and dryer cycles.Record temperate and humidity of controlled environments.Communicate issues and concerns with QA Supervisors.
